submitted by Alexis S. - |Recommended: YesGreat so far — I’ve only been here for a week, but have really enjoyed myself. The building so far is quiet and well kept. Maintenance responded to and completed a work order within hours. The staff has been extremely helpful and kind. Packages are held securely up front, cameras line the hallways, so I feel extremely safe here. I wish the parking was closer, but I understand the limitations given the area. My unit was newly renovated and is absolutely stunning.

submitted by Skylar S. - |Recommended: YesGood Apartment — So far, after moving in, The Standard has been pretty good. The staff managers are very nice and attentive with good communication. Parking is a little far away, but that is what you will get when you live in a very urban area. The layout is very nice and the appliances and furniture fixtures are nice as well. As a professional student, this apartment is a great place to start with.
